This provision exclusively applies to legitimate requests for identification recommendations submitted for the initial time only. Inquiries made directly to preferred interior firms or meeting firms through our live events will not be deemed applicable.
The homeowner must own a unit in a BTO estate where the key collection is scheduled within the next 12 months. The Renonation.sg Concierge retains the right to request a floor plan or ownership screenshot for verification purposes where applicable.
A single household (existing or future property to be renovated), should not submit more than one request.
The homeowner must have a renovation budget of at least SGD$20,000 and have met at least 3 of the recommended firms during the follow-up messages.
All the aforementioned conditions must be met before the payout is issued. The payment will be disbursed eight weeks following our verification in the form of eCapitaVoucher.
