Renonation.sg Home Assurance is only applicable for homeowners who have engaged an eligible service provider through our ID recommending concierge services and events.

Terms and Condition

Homeowners who contact an ineligible service provider on Renonation.sg, or have directly engaged with the service provider outside of Renonation.sg will not meet the qualification criteria. After signing the contract (with a minimum value of S$20,000) with the eligible service provider, you are required to opt in for this complimentary package within 14 days from the date of your signed quotation.

The approval process may extend over a period of 14-21 working days. Throughout this duration, we may reach out to you for verification purposes. You will be notified of the approval status via email.

After contacted by Etiqa, Renonation.sg will not be liable or involved in the contractual terms of your home insurance agreement between you and Etiqa.

This policy is underwritten by Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. This content is for reference only and is not a contract of insurance.
